Blue, Blew, Bleu!
Working on double stuffed balloons for color enhancements. From left to right:
Single color of blue. It has a transparent appeal.
White balloon stuffed inside blue. This one is my favorite the color really pops!
Blue balloon stuffed inside white. This gives off just a hint of blue.
I love them all and look forward to working on a winter balloon garland using these colors.
