Contractor is responsible for installation and breakdown of rental equipment. For safety reasons, the rental equipment shall not be adjusted or moved by anyone other than the contractor. Contractor will not assume responsibility of injuries caused by unauthorized movement of the equipment.

The client assumes all risk of loss or damage to the equipment from any cause and agrees the equipment will be in the same condition upon installation. If the equipment is damaged or lost, the contractor shall have the option of requiring the client to repair to the equipment to the state of good working order or replace the equipment with like-equipment and in equal condition.
